Hollywood casino rv park - Joliet, il - Chicago area

Yes, another casino, we have so many "player cards" they have their own storage bowl in the coach!  The Hollywood Casino's style celebrates the golden era of Hollywood.
Joliet celebrates The Mother Road Route 66 which starts in Chicago and runs right through town before traversing 7 states and ending in California.  Our Journeys have found us on various different sections of this road in a number of states.
Our day trip to Chicago, about 40 miles from Joliet, included a ride along the amazing Lake Shore Drive and the Chicago Beaches area on the Lake.  We found in kind of unique to have tall city buildings, Lake Shore Dr., along with beaches and marinas right in Chicago.  A drive by Wrigley Field before a famous Chicago deep dish pizza at the iconic Lou Malnati's.  What says Chicago more than Wrigley Field and deep dish pizza?

My guess is that the lake is still too cold for swimming, but a good look at Chicago, Guys. Made me want a deep-dish pizza, as well.
